Thank you for subscribing to Essential Oil Study! This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions for our subscription-based digital Essential Oils courses and content. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.

What's Included in Your Subscription

Your Essential Oil Study subscription gives you access to our library of digital Essential Oils courses, tutorials, and projects - some items are not included in the subscription and can be purchased separately. All content is delivered digitally through our online course portal.

Billing & Payments

  • Your subscription will be billed automatically on a recurring basis according to the plan you selected at checkout (e.g., monthly or annually).
  • Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle using the payment method you provided at the time of purchase.
  • All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required.
  • If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the charge again. If the issue is not resolved, your subscription may be paused or canceled.

Free Trials & Promotional Offers

  • From time to time, we may offer free trials or promotional pricing for new subscribers.
  • At the end of a free trial or promotional period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the standard rate unless you cancel before the trial or promotional period ends.
  • Free trial and promotional offers are limited to one per customer and may not be combined with other offers.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription management portal. To cancel:

Method 1:

  1. Visit your account and go to Manage my subscription
  2. Follow the steps to cancel your subscription

Method 2:

  • Access your content library at essentialoilstudy.com/pages/portal-page
  • Click on the section at the top, marked with underlined text Manage My Subscription and from there you will be able to cancel, skip, or change depending on your need.

Method 3:

Write an email to our support team at support@essentialoilstudy.com where they will be able to help you confirm the status, and/or the cancellation of your subscription.

Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to your subscription content until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your access will expire at the end of the paid billing period.

Refund Policy

  • Since our products are digital in nature, all subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
  • If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

One-Time Purchases

In addition to subscriptions, we offer individual course packs and project collections as one-time purchases. Once purchased, one-time digital products are yours to access permanently through your course portal - no subscription required.

  • One-time purchases are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the content.
  • Access is granted immediately upon purchase and is tied to the email address used at checkout.

Changes to Subscription Plans or Pricing

  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or available plans at any time.
  • Existing subscribers will be notified of any pricing changes at least 30 days in advance via email.
  • If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

Account & Access

  • Your subscription and purchased content are tied to the email address used at checkout.
  • Access to your courses is personal and non-transferable. Sharing account access or redistributing our content is not permitted.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content Ownership & Usage

  • All Essential Oils tutorials, guides, courses, and materials provided through Essential Oil Study are protected by copyright.
  • Your subscription or purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use our content for your own Essential Oils projects.
  • You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share our digital content in any form.
